Youree is a French startup that offers a smart mobile application that helps reduce carbon footprint while saving money on electricity bills. This platform uses the latest technology and machine learning algorithms.

Electricity consumption is increasing due to the growing number of EV users. Electricity bills are not stable and the energy transition is not reaching its target.

  Youree resolves this. When the grid needs it, the application acts in real-time to reduce the EV charging.  As a result, the electrical system can recover its balance, without having to launch polluting productions.

Implementing such an idea was not easy and we came with design challenges:
‍
• How to make the application not similar to what some native EV apps already offer, but to have an all-in-one app (car and provider info, earning and CO2 graphs, green events, etc.)

• How to make it simple and clean taking into account the data visualisation ?
‍
• How to sell the startup idea by design solutions?

We designed from scratch V2G (Vehicle to Grid) platform that:
‍
• Analyses your charging habits and electricity consumption.
‍
• Helps you reduce the carbon footprint of your charging.
‍
• Rewards you for your contribution to the grid balance.
